Frequently asked questions

How do you score in Skyjo?

Each player sums the value of their face-up cards at the end of every round. Negative cards reduce the total. If the player who ended the round does not have the lowest score in that round, their score is doubled as a penalty. After any player passes 100 points, the player with the lowest cumulative total wins.

How many players can play Skyjo?

Skyjo is designed for 2 to 8 players. SkyjoScore supports the full range, so the app works whether you are playing head-to-head or with a full table.

What happens when a player ends the round?

The player who first turns all their cards face up triggers the end of the round. If they do not have the lowest score, their round score is doubled. SkyjoScore applies the doubling automatically.

Is SkyjoScore free?

Yes. All core scoring features are free to use. No account or subscription is required.

Does SkyjoScore work without internet?

Yes. Local games run entirely offline. An optional account syncs your game history across devices when you are online.

Is SkyjoScore available on Android?

SkyjoScore is currently iPhone-only and available on the App Store.
